Rent conditions:
The renting week is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in in from 16:00 to 19:30. Check out is no later than 10:00 am on the last day. The prices include water and gas consumption, electricity will be calculated on meter readings, according to the rates in force. The price does not include the mandatory final house-cleaning of € 50.00. City Tourist Tax: € 0.30 per person, per night (up to 14 consecutive nights). Cradle available for € 20.00 per week (upon request). Bed linen € 10.00 per person, per week (optional, upon request). A deposit of € 100.00 is required on arrival; it is entirely refunded at check out if no damages were done to our property. Booking deposit is 30% on the total rent, payable by bank transfer. The balance is due when we give you the keys, upon arrival.
ANIMALS: Small and medium-small dogs (maximum height at the withers: 50cm) accepted on a leash. In case of reservation, it is necessary to communicate the presence and weight of the four-legged friend. It is mandatory to show the updated vaccination booklet. Compulsory final cleaning for the dog € 40.00.
